Biography:
Inspiration comes from being somewhere else. Somewhere else can be anywhere. Most of my photographs are taken when I am travelling. The camera is prepared for light conditions and the pictures are taken.... often quickly. The eye adjusts to the needs of the camera. I use an American model Canon EOS Elan II.
Wildlife portraits and landscapes, townscapes, surface textures comprise the majority of my work.
I was born in London and have lived most of my life in the north west of England.
All photographs are hand-prints with a long side of 43cms [width variable]and are sold framed.
